You already know this matters

Most women don’t think about their bones
until something breaks.

A bone density diagnosis feels like it comes out of nowhere — but bone loss is slow, silent, and almost always preventable with the right habits in place.

The frustrating part? Most of what you’ve been told to do isn’t enough. Walking helps your heart, not your bones. Calcium alone won’t reverse bone loss. And most general fitness programs aren’t designed around what your skeleton actually needs.

Resistance training is the single most effective thing you can do for your bone health. And this program gives you exactly that — designed by a licensed PT who specializes in bone health, organized into a 12-week plan you can follow from home.

Is this for you?

This program was built for women who are ready to take action.

This is for you if…

  • ✓ You’ve been told you have low bone density or are at risk for osteoporosis
  • ✓ You’re in perimenopause or postmenopause and want to get ahead of bone loss
  • ✓ You’re exercising but aren’t sure if what you’re doing is actually helping your bones
  • ✓ You want expert PT guidance without the cost of 1:1 appointments
  • ✓ You train at home with dumbbells and want a real, structured plan

This is NOT for you if…

  • × You’re looking for a quick fix or a magic supplement
  • × You’re not willing to show up consistently — bone health is built over time
  • × You already have a structured resistance training program you love and trust

The structure

Three phases. Twelve weeks. One complete program.

Each phase introduces two new circuit pairs — different movements, same framework. You’ll always know what you’re doing and why.

Weeks 1–4

Foundation

Build the habit. Learn the movements. Find your starting load.

Weeks 5–8

Build

New circuit pairs. Keep adding load as each movement becomes familiar.

Weeks 9–12

Strengthen

Final circuits. Push your effort. This is where bone adaptation happens.

Your PT

Hi, I’m Ashley —
a licensed PT who specializes in bone health.

I created this program because I kept seeing the same thing in my practice: women blindsided by a bone density diagnosis that could have been prevented — or at least slowed — with the right information and the right movement habits.

I’ve spent years working with women on bone health, resistance training, and the specific demands of a perimenopausal and postmenopausal body. Every circuit in this program is something I’d prescribe to my own patients.

You deserve to know where you stand and exactly what to do about it. That’s what this program gives you.
