I’m a women’s health physical therapist with over a decade of experience in fitness and physical therapy — and I’m also a mom who has lived through postpartum recovery, overwhelm, and the disconnect that can happen when your body no longer feels like home.
My personal experience is what led me to nervous system regulation work — and ultimately to creating Breathe + Reflect, a guide designed to help women calm their bodies in realistic, accessible ways.
