Hi, I'm Ashley — a licensed physical therapist with a background in exercise science and over a decade in the fitness industry. I work with women in their 40s and beyond who want to build real strength, protect their bone health, and feel capable in their body for the long term.
My approach to this work was shaped not just by my professional background, but by lived experience. Navigating pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and rebuilding strength while caring for newborn twins forced me to rethink everything I thought I knew about exercise, recovery, and sustainability. I experienced firsthand what it means to have a body that no longer responds the way it once did — and how much clarity, not pressure, is what women actually need.
That season taught me something I now carry into everything I build: women do not need more information. They need a system that works inside a real life.
My focus now is on what the research is unambiguous about — resistance training is the most powerful tool available to women in perimenopause and beyond. For bone density. For muscle mass. For metabolism. For the kind of strength that shows up in your actual life, not just in the gym.
A lot of women come to me knowing they should be doing something but feeling unsure where to start, what is safe, or how to make it sustainable when life is already full. That is exactly what I am here for.
I built my membership, The Bone Health Co., because I wanted something that did not exist — a PT-designed membership that gives women a personalized bone health score, a weekly workout that adapts to where they are, and clinical education that actually explains the why. Not a course you finish once. A system you come back to every week.
