About
Hi,’m Ashley — a women’s health physical therapist & coach with a background in exercise science and over a decade in the fitness industry. I help busy women in their 40s+ learn how to strength train in a way that supports their body and fits real life.
My approach to training was shaped not just by my professional background, but by lived experience. Navigating pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and rebuilding strength while caring for newborn twins forced me to rethink everything I thought I knew about exercise, recovery, and sustainability. I experienced core weakness, pelvic floor symptoms, and a body that no longer responded the way it once had—while managing the physical and mental load of early motherhood.
That season clarified what women actually need: clear guidance, thoughtful progression, and strength training that adapts to real-life demands—not pressure to “bounce back” or push through exhaustion.
With advanced training in exercise science and years of experience supporting women through movement, my work now focuses on progressive strength training, practical programming, and helping women build confidence in how they train. I believe strength should feel supportive, repeatable, and sustainable—especially in busy seasons of life.
This space exists to offer exactly that: structured programs, practical resources, and coaching support that meet you where you are and help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
