Hi, I’m Ashley — mom of energetic twin boys, partner to my best friend, and a Women’s Health Physical Therapist who helps busy women feel strong, supported, and confident in their bodies — from pregnancy through midlife.
My journey into pelvic health became personal after navigating my own postpartum recovery. I know how it feels to juggle motherhood, work, and self-care — all while trying to figure out what actually works for your body.
With over a decade in the health and fitness world — as a group exercise instructor, personal trainer, and now a Doctor of Physical Therapy with a Master’s in Exercise Science — I combine clinical expertise with practical, real-life solutions. My telehealth work has shown me how accessible and effective virtual care can be for busy women and families.
