Hi, I’m Ashley—partner to my best friend, mom to energetic twin boys, and a pelvic health physical therapist with a passion for helping women feel strong, confident, and supported through every stage of life.
My journey into pelvic health wasn’t just professional—it became personal after navigating my own postpartum recovery (and all the messy, real-life challenges that come with motherhood). I understand how overwhelming it can feel to sift through conflicting advice and try to find time for yourself while caring for your family.
Before starting my own virtual practice, I spent over a decade in the health and fitness world—as a group exercise instructor, personal trainer, and now a Doctor of Physical Therapy with a Master’s in Exercise Science. For the past three years, I’ve also worked extensively in telehealth, which showed me just how effective and accessible virtual care can be for busy women and families.
After two unexpected job losses in one year, I decided it was time to finally take the leap and create something of my own—something that blends clinical expertise with real-life practicality. And that’s how ashleygadelha.com was born.
