Over Six Sessions, meeting every other week, we’ll work together to:

  • Build strength and mobility to support your core, pelvic floor, and bones.

  • Navigate common challenges like leaks, urgency, sleep changes, and fatigue.

  • Create sustainable lifestyle shifts with breathwork, posture, and stress management.

  • Track your progress and adjust strategies so you feel supported at every step.

  • Great question! Coaching is focused on education, guidance, and building practical strategies you can use every day. While I am a licensed pelvic health physical therapist, this coaching program is not medical treatment. Instead, it’s a supportive, holistic approach designed to help you manage symptoms, improve your pelvic floor health, and feel more confident in your body.

  • Women often come to me for support with bladder leaks, urgency, pelvic heaviness or pressure, painful intimacy, poor sleep, fatigue, and core or joint discomfort. We’ll prioritize the symptoms that are most bothersome to you and create a plan to address them step by step.

  • Nope! While the program is designed with midlife women in mind, it can also benefit women in early postpartum, those in post menopause, or anyone looking to strengthen their pelvic floor, core, and lifestyle habits.

  • I recommend the 6-session program, spaced every other week. This gives us enough time to address your concerns, practice strategies, and make meaningful progress. You’ll leave with clear steps and resources to continue on your own.

  • I get it—life is busy. That’s why everything we do together is designed to fit into your real life. Most strategies and exercises can be done in 10–15 minutes a day (sometimes less!).

  • Yes! If you’d rather start on your own, my Perimenopause & Menopause Digital Guide is a great self-guided resource with exercises, trackers, and daily tips. Many women start there and upgrade to coaching for more personalized support.
